Why are some transactions flagged?

Transactions get flagged (highlighted) when the payment is expected but it is not known from where. Typically, transactions are flagged when a player is manually registered for an event, but can also be caused by payments failing to process.

How do I see more information about each transactions?

First, you should use the "Filters" menu on the transactions page to narrow down your search to a specific event or product. You can apply additional restrictions here as well, such as payment status, transaction type, or by individual players. Once you have narrowed your search, click "Export" to generate a .csv file with a more detailed outline of the transactions. This information can be viewed using a spreadsheet program. The "Export" will display much more information on your filtered results including line item purchases and coupons used for each transaction.
