Admin Notes
Available in a participant's Profile under the About section on the sidebar, Admin Notes are a text field that allow admins to store information about a certain participant. Admin Notes are viewable only by admins and hidden to participants.
Player Flags
Player Flags allow admins to assign hashtags to players that follow them throughout the site. This can be used to indicate status, like #allergies, #debtor, #banned, #suspended, etc.
Note that statuses are visual-only and have no bearing on functionality, so even players tagged as suspended or banned will be allowed to register.
They are purposefully flexible so that they can align to the organization's internal needs.
Player flags are queryable via Admin > People, Admin > Registrations, and Registrants views on individual events. There is a filter for "Tagged":
