Copying an existing event can save you time when creating a new event. This is useful, for example, if you run the same tournament annually. 


What Information is Copied Over?


The Copy Event function duplicates:

  • Divisions & Restrictions
  • General Price (but not price points)
  • Data Collection
  • Add On Products
  • Optional Settings
  • Event location(s)
  • Tags
  • Coordinators
     

Note: You will still need to add the event overview, registration dates, price points, and waivers to the new event. 


How to Copy an Event


  • Go to Events on your global toolbar, click +Add Event



  • Click the copy button (near the page title, top left)





  • Look up the past event that you wish to copy (the event must be public) and select it
  • Add the Name and Date for your new event
