Minor updates


Minor updates that do not dramatically affect your interaction with the service will be communicated via the following channels:


  • Service Twitter account
  • Service Facebook account
  • Service blog (sometimes as a round-up of several features)
  • Service email list. This list will occasionally receive a round-up of some minor changes. Site admins and event coordinators are automatically added to this list, but if you unsubscribed you can resubscribe here.

Major updates

Major updates significantly change the functionality of our application from the admin and/or user perspective. Major changes will always be communicated, in advance, via the following channels:

  • Service Twitter account
  • Service Facebook account
  • Service Users Group
  • Service blog
  • Service email list. Site admins and event coordinators are automatically added to this list, but if you unsubscribed you can resubscribe here.

Sometimes, major changes will also come with a beta testing period. This period will always be announced to the user group and sometimes be announced to the email list.
