Waiver Properties

Name: The waiver’s title, used for searching and in exports.

Waiver Document: Copy and paste the waiver text or upload a document. For uploaded documents, you can require players to print and physically return the waiver, disabling online acceptance.

Duration: The time the waiver remains valid. Players won’t need to re-sign if the waiver is still valid.

Expires at End of Calendar Year: If checked, the waiver expires at the end of the calendar year, requiring a new signature for future events.

Approval: Choose how users sign the waiver—online, by downloading and printing, or both.

Age: Set waivers for Adults (18+), Minors (under 18), or All Ages. If set to Adults only, Minors won’t be prompted to sign, so include both Adult and Minor waivers if needed.

Default For: Automatically apply the waiver to all events, leagues, or tournaments, eliminating the need to add it manually in Event Admin Settings.

Waiver Admin

Access the waiver admin section at Admin > Settings > Waivers

Active Waivers: View all waivers currently in use.

Archived Waivers: Archive or view previously archived waivers.

Exporting Waiver Information

Waiver status can be exported from two locations:

1. Admin > People: Search for players and click **Export** to include waiver information.

2. Event Registration List: Click Export from an event’s registration list to include waiver data.

For each waiver, two columns are included on the export:

1) [Waiver Name]_waiver_signed**: The date the waiver was signed.

2) [Waiver Name]_waiver_expires**: The date the waiver expires (blank if no expiration).
